January 9th 2012 Winter Class Schedule Starts


Monday:

5:30 a.m. Express Weight Training

Noon: Express Weight Training

3:30 p.m. Express Weight Training

4 p.m. Express Weight Training

5 p.m. Kick Boxing

5:30 p.m. Old School


Tuesday

5:30 a.m. Spin Class

6 a.m. Spin Class ( We need 10 members to hold this class)

6:30 a.m. Spin Class ( We need 9 members to hold this class )

3:30 p.m. Weight Training

4 p.m. Either Weight Training or (Aerobic Tennis Class North Gym)

5:15 p.m. Old School Class...We will have your workouts written down.


Wednesday

5:30 a.m. Express Weight Training

Noon: Express Weight Training

3:15 until 4:45 p.m. Power Lifting Team Training.....(West or East Gym)


Thursday

5:30 a.m. Spin Class (Full)

6 a.m. Spin Class (We need 10 members to hold this class)

6:30 a.m. Spin Class (We need 9 members to hold this class)

3:30 p.m. Weight Training

4 p.m. Either Weight Training

5:15 p.m. Old School Class...We will have your workouts written down.

6 p.m. Aerobics $3 charge not every week.


Friday

5:30 a.m. Express Weight Training

( Members you can only choose one time slot for spin classes)

Dungeon’s Gym Hours
Monday through Thursday 5:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 5:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
These are now are new open hours for the weight room. We are 24/7 with a year contract and you need to purchase a key. All key members need to have yearly contracts in order to have a key.

SImple Rules:

Change your shoes. No outdoor shoes in the weight room or large group exercise room.

Keys members turn off the lights, fans, and unplug everything when you are done using the equipment.

Put weights back where you found them.

Keep the place neat.

Keep the door lock and do not bring anyone into the weight room with you that does not have a key.
